Return, Refund & Exchange

RETURN

Within 7 days of purchase, you may return unwanted items bought in-store, but it is necessary to present the original receipt for the purchased items.

Please take note that the item must be in the original conditions in order for us to accept your return items.


REFUND

We have a strict policy of not offering any kind of refunds.

Damage, Defect or Missing Order we will refund.


EXCHANGES

While we do not reserve specific stock for exchanges, if you desire to exchange your item, you can follow this policy by returning the original purchase, subject to availability.

Afterward, you can proceed to submit a new order online.


SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (For Damage , Defect or Missing Order only)
